Our First Call
When we first make contact I am committed to deeply listening to you. I am focused on attuning to not only what you want to know, but how you are feeling. I draw from my thousands of hours of in home euthanasia experience over the last two decades.
Too much of healthcare these days makes people feel as if they are on a conveyor belt. We have all had the experience of seeing a physician who spends less than 10 minutes with us before they rush off to the next room. I call this the “drive-by”. In stark contrast, I practice completely outside of, and starkly contrary to, the rushed healthcare model.
I will take as much time as you need to have all of your questions answered! Sometimes I spend 20-30 minutes with potential clients and that is just part of my duty of being an educator. Even if you are not able to formulate all of the questions that you want to ask, I am good at anticipating what you may want to know and educating you about all of your options.
My goal in this first call is to answer all your questions, educate you about the process and to see whether I am the best fit for your unique situation. I readily and humbly accept that I’m not the best fit for every single person who calls me. If I do not think I am your best fit I will refer you to one of my most trusted colleagues, if the situation warrants this. My goal is not to try and get you scheduled. Rather, my commitment is to serve you with the highest level of integrity. That is probably a reason why I have consistently received a 5.0 rating on Google reviews.
